Sample Pack Terms

All Mayu Beatz products are digital downloads.

Sample packs include their own usage terms within the
downloaded files. When you purchase a sample pack, the terms
will be provided in the download folder.

These terms outline the permitted use of the included sounds
and samples.

Beat Licensing Terms

Mayu Beatz also offers instrumental beats for licensing through
the Mayu Beatz beat store.

When purchasing a beat license, you are granted a non-exclusive
or exclusive license depending on the license tier selected.

Each license tier includes specific usage rights such as:
- Streaming limits
- Music video allowances
- Distribution rights
- Commercial usage permissions

The full licensing agreement is provided at the time of
purchase and applies to all beat licenses.

Ownership of the underlying musical composition and sound
recording remains with Mayu Beatz unless an Exclusive Rights
license is purchased.

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or redistribution of the
instrumental without a valid license is strictly prohibited.
