Refund Policy

Mayu Beatz is a trading name of Envisage Inc. All products
sold through mayubeatz.com are digital downloads delivered
electronically.

14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have the right to cancel your order and request a full
refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason,
provided that you have not started to download the product.

EXCEPTION FOR DOWNLOADED DIGITAL CONTENT
Once you have started the download or otherwise accessed the
digital content, you lose the right of cancellation. This is in
accordance with consumer protection rules for digital goods
delivered instantly. By downloading or accessing your purchase,
you acknowledge and consent to immediate performance of the
contract and the loss of your right of withdrawal.

REFUND REQUESTS
To request a refund within the 14-day window (before download),
contact us at support@mayubeatz.com with your order number. We
will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your
request, to the same payment method used for the original
transaction.

DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
Outside the 14-day window or after download, refund requests
are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. We may approve
goodwill refunds where the product is materially defective,
mis-described, or where exceptional circumstances apply.

FAULTY OR MIS-DESCRIBED PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for
purpose, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this
policy. Contact us at support@mayubeatz.com and we will work
with you to resolve the issue.

FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we
identify evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative
behavior.
